Unless seedlings marked as "Out of Stock" in the shopping cart are ordered, the customer's palm seedlings will be posted no later than 28 days after we receive payment, guaranteed. Shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. You will be informed by email once your seedling order has been posted.

If the customer orders seedlings which are marked as "Out of Stock" in the shopping cart, we will try our best to provide those seedlings as soon as possible. We strongly recommend that customers do not order seedlings which are out of stock at the time. Orders of seedlings out of stock at the time of ordering will eventually be supplied. However, if the customer does not wish to wait or receive alternative produce, the customer may request a refund.

Palmseedling.com reserves the right not to be responsible for orders which are lost, damaged or destroyed in transit. However, because all seedling orders are sent from within the United States to destinations inside the US, damaged or lost orders and extremely unlikely.
